Hello I am Lorraine Willmett owner of The Beauty Studio 24 located in Blue Mountain Heights on the Northern side of Toowoomba. The Beauty Studio 24 specialises in facials, skin care, waxing, brow sculpture, make-up, tinting, manicures, shellac nails, pedicures and spray tans etc. My inspiration for going into business came from the love of beauty therapy and meeting people. I also wanted to be at home with my four children. It was really the best of both worlds.

My business first opened in 2005 in Highfields, I operated my business from a private studio which was separate from my house. It was a very professional set-up which made my clients feel very comfortable.

In April 2012 I re-married, sold my home in Highfields and re-located my business to Blue Mountain Heights. I have had amazing support from my clients and I am overjoyed at their loyalty.

I love working with people. I care about the final outcomes for each of my clients. Client satisfaction is very important to me. One thing I have learnt from small business is to be confident, professional and be yourself. Clients like to be treated like people, not a number.
